Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook until brown and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the grease. Sprinkle the taco seasoning on it and cook for an additional minute.
Sprinkle some cornmeal or flour over your working surface to prevent the dough from sticking. Take pizza dough and cut it in half. Stretch or roll each half into a thin crust and place it on a nonstick baking sheet to form two small pizzas.
Bake them in the oven for 3 minutes. Take the pizza out after 3 minutes but do not turn off the oven.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together pizza sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and onion powder until combined.
Spread half of this mixture over each pizza. Sprinkle beef, veggies (if adding), and cheese evenly over top of the sauce on each pizza.
Bake again for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust turns crunchy. Serve warm or at room temperature for a school lunch.
